My name is Rachele Saldana. I am a graduate student working towards my Masters in Social Work at the University Wisconsin Green Bay. I am currently interning with Kelly Bueschel and Kim VanHoof. I am very excited to be part of their team! I am equally excited for the professional growth and learning opportunities I hope to gain through this Crucial Conversations learning community.

Hi everyone, I'm Bridget Benson. I work in the Division of Early Care and Education, Child Care Information Center (which is a DCF Library with a collection of ECE-specific resources.) I'm joining the group to support the TIC Core Team in the pilot and excited to learn with all of you. This is my first time using a platform like this so EEEK and YAY I'M LEARNING!?

Hello! I am a Licensing Supervisor with the Bureau of Early Care Regulation (BECR). My former agency (SaintA) trained their staff on the Crucial Conversations model and then implemented. I think this model could have a positive impact here at DCF!
