Hello, my name is Chelsey Thill, and I am a child care licensing specialist in the Southern Regional Office.
In my past role as a YoungStar technical consultant for Childcaring, Inc., we participated in a one-day staff training for Crucial Conversations and I have definitely felt the impact of that day of work on my life. I'd like to expand on my small store of knowledge about how to prepare for and follow through with uncomfortable conversations both for professional and personal growth.

Hello, First, let me say how excited I am to have a chance to pilot this learning community with all of you, and in this new format as a bonus! My name is Kelly Bueschel, I am a Section Chief in the Northeast Regional Office in Green Bay. I work for the Bureau of Regional Operations (BRO) and am a member of the TIC Core Team at DCF. I signed up for this discussion after learning what a success another state agency had in implementing learning communities. I like the idea of people with shared interest on a topic, self selecting to grow their own knowledge base. I volunteered to moderate because I wanted to get a feel for how regional staff could participate meaningfully in a dialogue, while we are spread out all over the state. Looking forward to doing that with you all! Kelly

Hello, My name is April and I am Senior Auditor with the Bureau of Program Integrity. I joined this community because I feel being able to master crucial conversations is a much needed quality for professional growth and development that can benefit so many areas of your life even outside of your career. It is also a skill that you can help others with.
